(1) Real Estate Agent (Los Angeles)

Job Qualifications:

  • Self motivated individual
  • Strong work ethic
  • Strong business planning skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet)
  • Strong writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Real estate license needed
  • Sale experience preferred
  • College degree preferred

DRE license secured or in process preferred.

Internship Details:

Your primary work will involve working directly with the President of the company.  Every day brings a new experience and a new challenge, therefore you will never have a single focus or task.  Further, with SVP’s continuing expansion, you will be assisting with the growth of this company.

  • Assisting with Property Management Duties
  • Assisting with Daily Activites
  • Assisting in General Office Duties
  • Assisting with Contracts and Lease Transaction

Job Qualifications:

  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Well orgnaized
  • Ask questions when they need support or clarity about a task
  • Optimistic and motivated

Must Have:

  • Experience in computer application and web research
  • Experience in Micorsoft Office
  • Problem solving skills and be a faster learner
  • Pursuing a career in the Real Estate Industry
